• Q: How much is shipping? A: £8 from our UK warehouse, £19.99 from the EU warehouse
• Q: How fast is shipping? A: From the UK warehouse typically no longer than a week, from the EU warehouse usually within 4 weeks or within 14 days for express shipping
• Q: How do I know if the product is UK domestic? A: If it is available in the UK warehouse, we will make this known in the product description
• Q: One or more of the products are in the UK warehouse, why is shipping £19.99? A: This is because you will be ordering stock from our EU warehouse aswell. To keep things simple , we will send directly from the EU warehouse instead of the UK so it is one shipment as opposed to two
• Q: You mention bulk deals, what prices can you give me? A: Please email therealpharmacist@proton.me, all bulk orders are priced uniquely so for a quote email us!
• Q: Why do you not send tracking details? A: As standard, we do not share the tracking information for security reasons. However regulars can request their tracking number if absolutely necessary!
• Q: I want to test my haul, do you offer store credit? A: Yes! If you get your product lab tested with Janoshik, we will credit the equivalent to your account with us!
• Q: What EU countries do you serve? A: At the minute, just the UK, we will expand to all other countries in the EU that Driada Medical doesn’t sell to!
• Q: What is the reshipping policy? A: Everything is stealth packaged if going through customs. If for whatever reason your package doesn’t land within 6 weeks we will offer one reship for absolutely free!
• Q: Do you ship to the Republic of Ireland? A: Yes!
• Q: What other EU countries do you ship to at the moment? A: Currently we only serve the UK and ROI, if (however) you are interested in bulk orders, and Driadashop.to doesn’t ship to your country, we will take your case into consideration and potentially do business with you!
